Return & Replacement Policy

Ordered & paid online? We send the full refund back to the same card or bank account you used.

Ordered COD?We'll transfer the refund to your bank account or UPI. Just drop us your details on WhatsApponce the return is picked up. The COD convenience fee isn't refundable.

We process most refunds within 5-7 business days once the return is received.

Discounted pricing under any combo offer, cart offer, bundle discount, or promotional scheme — including but not limited to "Buy 2", "Buy 3", and cart-value discounts — applies only when all terms of that offer are fulfilled and retained by the customer. If you return one or more items and the order no longer meets the offer conditions, the promotional discount is void and the order is recalculated at regular pricing.

In such cases:

1. Refund for returned product(s): recalculated by removing the applicable promotional discount.
2. Pricing for retained product(s): charged at the regular selling price listed on the website at the time of purchase, without the offer benefit.
3. Final refund: adjusted based on the revised order value at standard pricing.

This applies to all combo offers, cart-based offers, bundle discounts, and other promotional schemes on Shop499India.

No problem — exchange your item for a different size, color, or product. Choose a new item you love: if it costs more, pay the difference; if it costs less, we'll send a gift card for the remaining amount.

1. Raise a request from "My Orders" or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
2. Our team verifies your request and confirms pickup.
3. Hand over the product in original condition with tags.
4. Once we receive it, your refund or exchange is processed within 5-7 business days.

• Exchanges are currently available only within India.
• We may ask for clear photos to verify your return or exchange request.
• Received the wrong quantity? An unboxing video is required, and claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Fashion oops? We've got you. Send a quick WhatsApp message with photos or an unboxing video, and a brand-new replacement will be on its way ASAP.

Products purchased using the "NORETURN" coupon are not eligible for returns, refunds, store credit, or cancellation under any circumstances.

For eligible orders, only size exchange is permitted. All exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size at the time of the request. If the requested size is unavailable, no return or refund will be processed.

You may exchange for a product of higher value by paying the price difference. Exchange for a product of lower value is not permitted.

• Products must be returned unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
• We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video at delivery. Refunds, replacements, or claims for a missing, duplicate, wrong, or damaged item are only processed with a valid unboxing video — claims without one won't be accepted.
