To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issues, we strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video of your parcel at the time of delivery, clearly showing the package condition, shipping label, and the product(s) inside. Refunds, replacements, or claims for a missing, duplicate, wrong, or damaged/defective product are only processed with a valid unboxing video — claims without one will not be accepted.
